When you have a specific health question, you can always call a Registered Nurse (see the page on the 24/7 Nurse Network). When you just need basic health information, however, you can get it either by phone or by computer. How to Use This Service: 1) Simply go online and visit the website. The text version of all topics is available there, along with a directory to make it easy to find what you need. 2) If you would prefer to access the topics by phone, call the toll-free number indicated on your membership card or in the “HOW TO USE THE PROGRAM” section of your UCA booklet. Provide the Registered Nurse with your name, group number, and membership number. The nurse can look up a topic number for you and connect you to the audio recording of that topic. The nurse can then answer any follow-up questions that you have. The service is easy to use, and as a member is available to you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, free of charge.
